Talent and Business Coach

Born and raised in Antwerp, an inspiring town, and for quite some time, fully integrated and established in Barcelona. While working on local, national and international assignments, I have travelled extensively and I am fortunate to have met, interviewed, trained and coached amazing people from all continents at different life stages, from young potential to C-Suite.
As a child I wanted to become a physician then a biologist, a fashion designer, an interpreter and an all-round performer. The me today is all of this: a passion for people and relationships, to support people towards their wellbeing. An unstoppable creativity, curious to question, connect and try something new. The love for languages, communication, listening and empathy and being aware of the treasures we have to communicate effectively: voice, face, body and movement.

What actually happened? I studied social sciences, master degree in neuropsychology (education) and a general management degree, being a mom while studying, coping with work/life integration.  Worked as regional manager, senior consultant, corporate relations & business development director mainly in the academic and consulting sectors in big, medium and small-size entrepreneurial working environments with differing corporate cultures.   What I have learned, I put in practice every day: Sourcing, recruiting, designing, training, teaching, coaching, developing and supporting people and companies.
