Learning & Development

Design and facilitation of Leadership Development programmes

Operating a portfolio of programmes for individuals, teams, corporations and capacity-building organizations. 

Optional integration of a unique leadership competency development methodology that allows observing leadership behaviours and measuring associated neuro-cognitive activity, the NeuroTraininglab TM.  Its purpose is to increase emotional intelligence, performance and health in professionals and managers. The virtual Lab will be launched soon. We call it “Training Lab” because people can experiment with new behaviours.
